Added level 16 and a new player unit!

The Imperial Guardian - a unit focused on defensive tactics. While not as defensive as mechanized infantry, nor as fast as Zero Divisions, these lasses will hold the line way longer than any other infantry unit with their ranged attacks suppressing any enemy infantry near instantly in a burst or two! 

Pictured: I think shes the tallest infantry unit in the game, only one taller than her is Drama the Zero Division Commander. Next to her is the shortest unit in the game, Mechanized infantry. That mechs compensating for something.

Balance changes:

Snipers got their damage increased from 1800 to 2000 but armour penetration reduced from 400 to 200

Railcannon Crew range increased from 60 to 70
