Patchnotes v0.145a - Untested early release version

• level 8, 9 and 10 has been added
• 2 more new units have been added, complete level 8 and 9 to unlock them
• added mouse hover terrain to see cover type + units will show cover type next to their hp bar
• added unit selection hover circle
• Fixed buffs/debuffs and upgrades on relevant tile stat types
