Patch notes v0.15a

• Rewrote most support dialogue
• Addition of new images for all commanders
• Addition of set up unit bar
• clean up of certain levels
• Unit set up time shown in unit selector
• Glossary Map abilities available now shows all map abilities
• Selecting of buttons/etc in glossary/barracks now has an animation
• Glossary previous dialogues now shows number of dialogues available with char
• Unit stat gallery has been reworked to show way more stats with mouse hover over to describe certain game mechanics
• Fixed all stages floor defense tile inconsistencies
